Alex and the Incriminator Official Selection for 2025 San Diego Short Film Festival Celebrating Indie Film Excellence! The San Diego Short Film Festival (SDSFF) celebrates the art of storytelling through short films of various genres, showcasing the work of talented filmmakers from San Diego and around the world. From thought-provoking dramas to captivating animations, the festival presents a rich tapestry of storytelling, offering a platform for emerging and established filmmakers to showcase their craft for fellow film enthusiasts. Alex and the Incriminator: No Rom Com Please is a short that follows Alex and his best friend Marta on New Years’ Day as Alex tackles the ghost of Christmas. A day that should be the start of the New Year but still lingers in the past. Alex & the Incriminator: No RomCom Please stars Sage Mayer as Alex and Serean Kim as Marta, two typical high school friends supporting each other all the while one of them is struggling with reality and a huge secret. Produced by Emerald K Productions, AO Network and veteran film and television actor M.C. Gainey. Kevin Gates Releases Powerful New Music Video for ‘Block Away’. Kevin Gates has just unveiled the music video for his latest single, “Block Away.” The American rapper, singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur is known for his impactful lyrics and unique sound. Gates is signed to his label, Bread Winners’ Association, in partnership with Atlantic Records. His debut studio album, *Islah*, came out in January 2016 and reached number two on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. Before that, Gates gained recognition through several mixtapes, including *Stranger Than Fiction* (2013), *By Any Means* (2014), and *Luca Brasi 2* (2014), all of which made it into the top 40 on the Billboard 200. With “Block Away,” Gates continues to showcase his artistry and connect with fans through his music.
