Wednesday Season 2 Trailer: Jenna Ortega Returns to Nevermore

Netflix has unveiled the first teaser trailer for Wednesday Season 2, confirming the return of Jenna Ortega as the iconic Wednesday Addams. The new season is set to premiere in two parts: Part 1 on August 6 and Part 2 on September 3, 2025. 

The teaser opens with Wednesday navigating airport security, revealing her signature macabre humor as she disarms with an array of concealed weapons. Upon her return to Nevermore Academy, she ominously states, “I already know where the bodies are buried.” 

Season 2 promises a darker, more horror-centric narrative, moving away from the romantic subplots of the first season. New cast members include Steve Buscemi as Nevermore’s new principal and Joanna Lumley as Grandmama. Returning favorites such as Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, and Fred Armisen will reprise their roles. 

Fans can also look forward to a mysterious cameo by Lady Gaga, adding to the season’s intrigue. 

With its blend of gothic aesthetics and dark comedy, Wednesday Season 2 is poised to captivate audiences once again.
