Ice Spice Drops Official Video “Phat Butt”

Ice Spice has released “Phat Butt,” the latest video from her upcoming debut album ‘Y2K,’ set to drop on July 26. The Bronx rapper, known for her powerful performances and nods to mentor Nicki Minaj, continues to impress with her lyrical prowess and crossover appeal. Produced by RiotUSA, the track is expected to be the album’s opening number, showcasing Ice’s journey to stardom with lines like, “Fat butt with a back tat and I been bad like Mike Jack.”

The vibrant music video for “Phat Butt” features Ice Spice in an orange bob, performing energetically in front of graffiti. This release sets the stage for her Y2K! World Tour, beginning with international festivals in early July and continuing in the U.S. starting in Washington, DC, on July 30, wrapping up in Miami Beach at the end of August. The tour will also feature performances by Cash Cobain and RiotUSA.

Ice Spice expressed her excitement for ‘Y2K,’ highlighting the fun and creative journey of recording the album. The cover, shot by legendary photographer David LaChapelle, adds a personal touch to the project. Beyond her music, Ice is expanding into acting with a role in Spike Lee’s upcoming film, a reinterpretation of Akira Kurosawa’s 1963 thriller ‘High and Low,’ starring Denzel Washington.
