The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping Trailer

The first teaser for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping just dropped, and it’s everything fans of the franchise have been waiting for. The clip opens with a haunting call: “Twice the tributes. Twice the glory.” We’re thrust into the shadow of the 50th Hunger Games, the Second Quarter Quell, where every district must send double the number of participants. 

We meet a young Haymitch Abernathy (portrayed by Joseph Zada), back when the arena still feels strange, brutal and new.  A familiar face returns in an unexpected disguise: Glenn Close is unrecognizable as the sinister tribute escort Drusilla Sickle. 

With a return to the dark heart of the Games and a bigger stake than ever, this teaser signals not just another chapter, but a game changer.
