Final Destination: Bloodlines Official Teaser Trailer

After a 14-year hiatus, the “Final Destination” franchise is set to make a spine-chilling comeback with its sixth installment, “Final Destination: Bloodlines,” slated for release on May 16, 2025.  This new chapter delves into the origins of Death’s relentless pursuit, offering audiences a fresh perspective on the series’ notorious chain-reaction fatalities.

The narrative centers on college student Stefanie, portrayed by Kaitlyn Santa Juana, who is tormented by recurring violent nightmares. Determined to break the harrowing cycle and safeguard her family from impending doom, Stefanie embarks on a journey to uncover the truth behind her visions. The ensemble cast includes Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Anna Lore, Rya Kihlstedt, Brec Bassinger, and the late Tony Todd, reprising his iconic role in what would be his final film appearance.

Directed by the duo Zach Lipovsky and Adam B. Stein, known for their work on “Freaks,” the film features a screenplay by Guy Busick (“Scream 5”) and Lori Evans Taylor (“Wicked Wicked Games”). The story is crafted by Jon Watts, Busick, and Taylor, based on characters created by Jeffrey Reddick. 

The recently released teaser trailer offers a glimpse into the film’s intense and gruesome sequences, staying true to the franchise’s legacy of elaborate death scenes. One particular scene showcases a tattoo artist’s perilous encounter, setting the tone for the horrors to come. 

“Final Destination: Bloodlines” is produced by Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Jon Watts, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich. The film is set to be distributed in theaters and IMAX worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, with nationwide releases beginning on May 16, 2025, and international screenings starting on May 14, 2025. 

Fans of the series can anticipate a thrilling experience that harks back to the original film’s essence while introducing a contemporary storyline that explores the sinister origins of Death’s design.
