The highly anticipated drama Crown Me officially debuted with a star-studded premiere party at Code 44 in Atlanta, GA, celebrating the release of the gritty action film now streaming on Tubi. Directed by Matt Ables, Crown Me follows the intense power struggle that erupts after Big L’s death, with three ambitious hustlers battling for the ultimate crown.
The film stars Monyetta Shaw Carter, who captivated the crowd at the premiere, alongside co-stars Trevin Wade, Adrian Bernard Wilcox, and Davonta Nathan-Miller. Produced under John Wayn Productions, the event was a celebration of rising talent, vision, and storytelling, highlighted with purple-themed visuals inspired by the film’s regal title.
